​We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Beach Attendant candidates to join our team. Due to the seasonal nature of this role, we prioritize full-time applicants, requiring a minimum availability of 6 to 7 days per week. All time-off requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance. Beach Attendants are responsible for setting up and breaking down 40 to 70 sets of chairs and umbrellas daily while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Candidates must be able to lift at least 50 pounds, maintain strong organizational skills, and demonstrate legible handwriting for record-keeping. Basic business math skills and the ability to adapt under pressure are essential. Punctuality and reliability are critical for smooth operations. Regardless of experience, all new hires will complete 2 to 3 days of hands-on training with a veteran beach attendant before starting regular duties.
